GOP and visual aids.

Props.  I love props.  Today GOP lead Joe Hoppe and Senate tax committee member Sen. Warren Limmer today demonstrated Tom Horner’s sales tax proposal surrounded by a number of visual aids, including a casket, a stack of newspapers, and shopping bags for clothing.

My personal favorite was the Sacramental wine along side the bud light.  Politics can bring some laughs without out looking too hard.

Minutes before down the street at the SOB (State Office Building) Horner was having a press conference about Judicial Selections and former Republican Governor Al Quie was there endorsing Horner.  Does the battle between these two open the door more for Dayton?  Will Horner be able to be the upset of the season?  Will we know the results on November 2nd or will it be so close we will face another recount?

Props and drama in Minnesota politics.
