I’ve photographed the Celebrate NE parade for most of the last 18 years that I’ve lived in Nordeast. It’s the second oldest parade in the state. As someone who grew up in NE, St. Anthony Village to be more correct, I’m pleased to see what was once an all white, rather racist community, has now become very richly diverse.
