Recount Day 1
Dan Decker, volunteer for the Emmer campaign, reflected the mountainous hill his candidate has to climb to come out ahead at the end of the recount in the Governor race. Early results where a net increase of 37 votes for Mark Dayton. See the rest of the story on my Gov Blog.
